William Jackson (Jack) Rattikin III passed away peacefully on February 9, 2026 surrounded by his beloved family. He was born on January 31, 1958 in Fort Worth, Texas to Glenda and Jack Rattikin Jr.
Jack was a Paschal High School graduate and was a member of the golf team. Then he graduated from the University of Texas at Austin School of Business where he was a member of the Kappa Alpha fraternity, and always a fervent Longhorn football fan - Hook ‘Em! He continued his education at Texas Tech University School of Law then joined the family business of Rattikin Title Company. He became president of the company in 1999, adding the role of CEO in 2004. His career in Title Insurance included serving as president of Texas Land Title Association and American Land Title Association. Jack won “Title Person of the Year” in 2005. He also served on the board of Lena Pope Home, Cook Children’s Health Foundation, and Alliant National Title Board of Governors.
Jack was a faithful member of Christ Chapel Bible Church, where he loved the ministry and music, especially the Christmas Cantata. Another special place in his heart was the Rattikin beach house in Destin, Florida. Years of sharing it with family and friends filled his life with joy and created memories that we will cherish forever.
