Theresa Joanne Talmadge Laseter

Theresa Joanne Talmadge Laseter passed away peacefully in the early morning on October 5, 2026 at home.

Graveside Service: 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 16, 2026 at Oakwood Cemetery, 701 Grand Avene, Fort Worth.

Theresa Joanne Laseter was born March 14, 1959 in Marshall Texas, the daughter of Adam Peter Talmadge Jr. and Elizabeth Ann McGill Talmadge Brewer.

She was a strong independent woman who purchased her own home at age 18. She met and married Dana Laseter but was widowed in 2001. She was a private person and enjoyed animals very much, raising three beautiful Irish Setters, breeding show Shelties, and rescuing dogs from the pound.

She was also an avid gardener and lover of nature.

Survivors are her younger brother, Michael Talmadge, his two children Sarh and Zacharyand her nephew, Jake.
