Melinda Frances Quattrochi Weiler, 75, passed away on October 3, 2025.

Visitation: 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at Thompson's Harveson & Cole Funeral Home, 4350 River Oaks Blvd., Fort Worth, TX.

Mass of Christian Burial: 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 9, 2025 at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, 5819 W Pleasant Ridge Rd, Arlington, TX.

Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park, Fort Worth.

Melinda was born June 14, 1950 in Fort Worth, the daughter of Ben and Margaret Quattrochi.  She graduated from Nolan High School and earned at BA degree from Texas Christian University. She spent her professional life working to improve the lives of children. It was her love and passion. Her emphasis was on Early Childhood Development. She worked for various public and private institutions to carry out this passion. Among the agencies she worked with were Tarrant County Day Care Association, Campfire of Fort Worth, Catholic Charities and The Parenting Center.

She was a member of St. Vince dePaul Catholic Church where she belonged to the Women's Guild and Empty Nestor's social group. She also belonged to the Arlington New Comers Club.

Melinda was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Margaret Quattrochi, and her son, Matthew David Weiler.

She is survived by her husband, Gene; a daughter, Leslie Ann Weiler; daughter-in-law, Angela Hemphill Weiler; three grandchildren, Hudson, Emerson and Madylen; brother; Ben Quattrochi and his wife, Marla Quattrochi; sister, Donna Quattrochi Becker and husband, James Becker; brother, Charles David McCally; as well as many nieces and nephews.
