Andrea Kay Quaye

Andrea (Andi) Kay Quaye passed away from a sudden illness on Sunday, January 30th, 2022. Andi was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She was born in Wichita Falls, TX and spent most of her life in the DFW area.Andi was outgoing from the moment she could talk. She loved people and was known by all those who knew and loved her for her engaging and welcoming personality.Andi devoted her life to Christian activities, helping others come to know and love god. She and Ben attended the same congregation for several years working on ministry projects together where romance blossomed. They married in March 2009; eight years later, in April 2017, Gideon joined their lives and they welcomed Lydia in January 2022.Andi was also appreciated by her coworkers for her strong work ethic and bubbly personality. She spent 17 years as a pharmacy technician/senior technician at Walgreen’s, Baylor Grapevine, Andi got her real estate and insurance licenses to give her the flexibility to devote more time to her growing family.Andi is survived by her husband, Benjamin Quaye; children Gideon (4) and Lydia (2 weeks) Quaye; parents Pat & Sid Rutter and Charles Beals; sisters Danyelle Moss, Melissa Cox, Amanda Beals and Tor Costa; as well as countless friends.
